great spot to explore parks and local dining options
I loved that this place was just a short drive from the historic Ramsey House, and the nearby restaurants like Aubrey's Strawberry Plains made it easy to grab a tasty meal after a day of exploring. the comfortable mattress also helped me feel rested for my adventures the next day. As a solo traveler, I appreciated the spaciousness of my room which made unwinding after long walks around the city easy and enjoyable.

We hit up the Knoxville Zoo and Ripley's Aquarium, both awesome spots. Our stay was good overall, with comfy rooms and helpful staff. Loved the convenient location, making it easy to explore the area. For future guests, expect a decent breakfast and clean rooms. I’d recommend this place for a fun group trip.
One downside was the check-in experience. the front desk staff seemed distracted and unprofessional. It took longer to get help, which was frustrating after traveling.

Had a great time with friends! We visited the Knoxville Zoo and Ripley's Aquarium, both awesome spots. The location was good for exploring, and we appreciated the room's comfortable setup. It's a decent value with nearby gas and food options. Just be aware, the breakfast isn't great.
One downside was the check-in experience. the staff seemed unprofessional. I had to wait while the receptionist was distracted by his phone. It wasn't welcoming.

The staff were always pleasant and professional, really made me feel welcome. I loved the cleanliness of my Superior King Room, it was spacious and comfortable, not like some places I've stayed before.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but still acceptable for the quality I got.

The location was convenient, and the pet-friendly policy made it a great choice. The cleanliness of the room was decent, but some areas needed more attention, especially the bathroom. Customer service was generally friendly, though I encountered delays. Breakfast options could use improvement, but overall, it suited our needs.

The beds provided solid support, which made our two-night stay restful. I also appreciated how close we were to the local attractions we wanted to visit.
Despite the comfort, I found the lack of certain amenities disappointing.

The room was really comfy and clean, which I loved. The beds were nice to sleep on, and I appreciated having a decent amount of space. The laminate floor felt so much cleaner than carpet. It’s pet-friendly too, which is a major plus if you're traveling with pets. However, it could get noisy with other guests' dogs sometimes, but that’s to be expected in a pet-friendly place.

We explored the Knoxville Zoo and the Tennessee Theatre. The room was comfy, and the location made it easy to zip around town. The hotel has a friendly vibe and was clean, just a bit basic. Breakfast had some good options to kickstart the day.
One downside was when we checked in. the staff seemed distracted and unprofessional, which could have set a better tone.

Great Overnight Stay with Friendly Service
We enjoyed a pleasant night with spacious rooms and friendly staff at check-out. The location feels quiet despite being off the main road. Just a heads up, consider dining out as breakfast options weren’t appealing. Perfect for a quick stay with pets!

I stayed at the Red Roof Inn in Knoxville for a couple of nights. The location was really convenient, just off the highway. Accessing nearby restaurants made it easy to grab a bite without much hassle. The room itself was clean with a decent layout. I appreciated having a mini-fridge and microwave, which were handy for snacks. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep. However, the check-in process was quite frustrating. The front desk staff seemed distracted and unprofessional, which slowed things down a lot. I also noticed that there were no hair dryers in the room, and I had to ask for one at the front desk. Breakfast had some typical offerings, but I wish there had been a bit more variety.
